Upgrade Services
Your saber is more than a weapon — it's an extension of who you are. Our Upgrade Services are designed to take your existing blade from standard to extraordinary, with precision modifications that enhance performance, aesthetics, and presence. Step up to a fully illuminated pixel blade for smooth color transitions, realistic flicker, and cinematic effects. Swap to a heavier dueling blade or a display-grade polycarbonate for the look you need. Upgrade your core board for advanced features like Bluetooth control, gesture sensitivity, and expanded color profiles. Every modification is handled care.
For upgrade services please contact support@battlemastersarmory.com, with an explanation of requested upgrades, photos and/or video of the saber, and manufacturer (TXQ or LGT, if known).
Once your request is reviewed pricing for upgrades will be sent based on the information provided. If the estimate is accepted, The Battle Master's Armory will ask that the saber be sent in for further evaluation. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping cost.
Please note, by accepting the pricing provided and shipping your saber to us, you accept all terms and conditions that follow.
You will be asked to provide a payment method and will be charged before upgrades are to proceed. Once upgrades are completed, you will receive email notification and we will return ship your saber at no cost. We provide a one (1) year warranty on our upgrades performed. Warranty only covers work performed by us, within the scope of work.
Upon completion of upgrades we will perform a thorough evaluation and provide via email, photos and/or videos of upgrades for customer review.
Any additional upgrades must be requested in writing and will incur additional fees. A cost assessment will be sent via email for requested additional upgrades via email. Once approved the same payment method for original upgrades will be charged before additional upgrades are performed.
In the event that you decide to not have any upgrades performed after saber is shipped to us there will be $20 processing fee assessed. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
