Repair Services

RGB core not working, sound seem a bit off, or perhaps you have a blown LED in your saber, The Battle Master's Armory can help. Whether you purchased a saber from us or another supplier we can repair it. We offer a variety of repair services for TXQ and LGT sabers. You can expect top quality repairs with expert craftsmanship. Each repair request will be evaluated on a case by case basis as not all repairs will be the same for all sabers.

For repair services please contact support@battlemastersarmory.com, with an explanation of repairs, photos and/or video of the broken saber, and manufacturer (TXQ or LGT, if known).

Once your request is reviewed an estimate for repair will be sent based on the information provided. This estimate is NOT a final cost of repair nor does it imply services will be rendered for pricing provided. If the estimate is accepted, The Battle Master's Armory will ask that the saber be sent in for further evaluation. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping cost. 

Please note, by accepting this estimate and shipping your saber to us, you accept all terms and conditions that follow. 

Once your saber is received, we will perform a thorough evaluation and provide a final cost of repair, via email, based on our findings including photos and/or videos, diagnostic summary, and repair cost breakdown.

Customer must accept this final cost of repair, in writing before any repairs are made. 

If accepted, you will be asked to provide a payment method and will be charged before repairs are to proceed. Once repairs are completed, you will receive email notification and we will return ship your saber at no cost. We provide a one (1) year warranty on our repairs. Warranty only covers work performed by us, within the scope of work. 

If the final cost of repair is declined, the customer will be asked to provide a payment method and a $20 diagnostic fee will be assessed. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
