Purchase Terms, Defective Parts, Sales Exclusions & Payment Dispute Assistance

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a Mystery Box product. By proceeding to checkout, you acknowledge the store policies relating to Mystery Box products, DAP shipping terms, and returns. Because Mystery Box contents are randomized, returns may be limited as described in our return policy, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Any mandatory cancellation, return, or refund rights in the customer’s jurisdiction remain unaffected. Returned products must be in like-new condition. If there is noticeable damage or any missing or incomplete parts, Diminished Value Rules may apply and the value of the damage or missing items may be deducted from the refund.

[Defective or Damaged Parts]: If a component arrives defective or damaged, damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include clear photo or video documentation. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide a replacement part, repair assistance, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.

[Mystery Box Sales and Shipping Exclusions]: We do not sell or ship Mystery Box products to Hawaii, Washington, Idaho, Belgium, or the Netherlands. Orders with a shipping or billing address in any of these locations may be canceled and refunded.

[Payment Disputes]: If you have a problem with your order, please contact customer support so we can investigate and help resolve it. We may review available order, communication, shipping, tracking, and delivery records when responding to a payment dispute. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
