Section 1 — Standard Warranty
The Battle Master's Armory provides a standard warranty against manufacturer defects upon receipt of your saber as well as a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy under the applicable warranty terms and law, which may include repair, replacement parts, replacement, or refund.
This is detailed in SECTION 7 – DAMAGES, SHORTAGES, & FULFILLMENT ERRORS of our Return and Refund policy.
Section 2 —Warranty Returns — Prepaid Labels & Packaging
This section applies to all warranty returns. To file a warranty claim, contact warranty@battlemastersarmory.com with an explanation, photo, or video of the issue, the original order #, and proof of purchase.
For any warranty repair that requires your saber to be sent in, The Battle Master's Armory will provide a prepaid return label — you will not pay for return shipping.
Keep your original box and packaging. If your saber ever needs to come back for a warranty repair, you'll need a box that fits it. If the original box is gone, you'll need to provide a suitable replacement box before we can send your return label.
Once your saber is received, we will perform a thorough evaluation and issue a replacement or repair. The Battle Master's Armory will pay the shipping cost of items after repairs are completed.

Heavy dueling can result in damage to the outer casing of the blade as well as damage to individual LEDs and LED strip internally. The customer acknowledges this design and accepts responsibility for any damage resulting from unintended use regardless of circumstance or event. They come with a 3 year warranty. LEDs inside the blade are covered and they are covered the same as other Electronics. CAUTION!!! Pogo Pin cores should never be connected directly to the blade as it will short out the blade resulting in failure. Failure of the blade as a result of this action is NOT covered under warranty.
Section 7 — Narrow Neck Sabers
Narrow neck saber are rated for medium to light dueling or combat. They come with the same standard lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects as our other sabers. Due to unique design elements any heavy dueling or combat may compromise the saber emitter where the blade is inserted. This excludes damage caused by the shipping carrier during shipping. Customer must report such damage within 24 hours of delivery. Narrow neck sabers, including but not limited to, Obi TV, Obi ROTS, LSW ROTJ, etc. For warranty:
If your saber needs to be sent in: If the saber cannot be repaired easily at home, we will ask that it be sent in for further evaluation. See Warranty Returns above for the prepaid return label, packaging requirements, and post-repair shipping. If it is determined that a replacement is necessary, then the customer will be issued a credit towards a new saber. Amount of credit based on multiple factors including but not limited to, age of saber, condition of saber upon receipt, original cost of saber (excluding taxes and shipping), etc. Customer will be informed of determination to replace with the credit offer. Customer has the right to refuse the credit offer. If the credit offer is refused and the return of the saber is requested, the customer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with returning the saber.
Section 8 — Electronics
The Battle Master's Armory offers a 5 year warranty on the electronics for either a free repair or a replacement, depending on the damage to the saber. We will evaluate each case individually and determine whether we will issue a free repair or a replacement core. Before opening your saber and removing the electronics please contact us. Your warranty can be voided by removing or modifying the electronics. Blown-out speakers resulting from setting the audio output too high via programming and damaged soundboards caused by high charging voltage are NOT covered under warranty. Each saber will be inspected and if determined by us that the electronics have been modified or damaged by any means not authorized by The Battle Master's Armory, this warranty will be void. The customer will be informed of this and quoted a price for repair and or return of the damaged item. Please follow the same warrant procedures as with narrow neck sabers.
Section 9 — Out of Warranty
If the customer is outside of any of our warranty periods and desires a repair, we offer repair services. Please see our Repair Services page for details.
Section 10 — Not Covered
The warranty does NOT apply to software for electronics; modifying software or firmware may alter the operation of your saber. Issues caused by software changes (such as product becoming unresponsive, lag, sound issues, blown speakers from increased volume beyond safe levels) are not covered by this warranty, but will not void your warranty against other manufacturing defects.
For saber electronics with an SD card slot. The door is NOT covered under warranty nor is the SD card.
The long set screws that are used to secure the chassis to the hilt do NOT need to be tight. They should be put in all the way so that sleeves will fit over them but do not turn until they are tight as you risk breaking the chassis. Damaging the chassis/core this way is NOT covered under the warranty.
Submersion and/or damage caused by any liquid is NOT covered under warranty.
User-caused damage, including accidental drops, impacts, intentional misuse, or mishandling is NOT covered under warranty.
Cosmetic damage due to regular wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration is NOT covered under warranty.
