How We Ship Internationally: DAP Terms, Customs, and What to Expect

We Ship Worldwide — Here's What You Need to Know

The Battle Master's Armory ships to customers across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and beyond. International orders are a big part of what we do, and we want to make sure you know exactly what to expect before your order ships.

How We Ship

All orders are fulfilled from the United States. We use tracked international carriers for all shipments, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days to all destinations worldwide. Customs processing in your country may add additional time.

What Are DAP Terms?

All international orders from The Battle Master's Armory are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms. This is the international shipping standard that defines who is responsible for costs and risk at each stage of delivery.

Under DAP terms:

  • We cover the cost of shipping your order to your door
  • You are responsible for any import duties, VAT, GST, or customs handling fees charged by your country when the package arrives
  • These fees are collected by your local customs authority or carrier — not by us

This is standard practice for international e-commerce. The amount varies significantly by country and order value.

What Customs Fees Should You Expect?

Every country has different import thresholds and duty rates. Here are some general guidelines:

  • EU/UK — VAT applies to all imports; duty may apply above certain thresholds. UK has a £135 threshold before customs duty kicks in.
  • Canada — GST/HST applies; duty-free threshold is CAD $20 for most goods
  • Australia — GST applies to imports over AUD $1,000
  • New Zealand — GST applies to all imports; collected at the border by NZ Customs

We recommend checking your country's customs authority website for current rates before ordering.

Important: Package Refusal

If you refuse delivery or abandon a package at customs, we are unable to issue a refund. The package will be destroyed or returned at significant cost, and neither the product nor shipping fees can be recovered. Please ensure you are prepared to pay any applicable customs fees before placing your order.

EU and UK Buyers: Your Withdrawal Rights

If you are located in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, or Norway, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on eligible products, provided the item remains sealed and unopened in its original packaging. Mystery Box products are excluded from this right once opened.
