Shipping Policy
The Battle Master's Armory
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Transit Restraints, Restrictions, & PO Box Bans
Orders ship from China through our global fulfillment network. We work with shipping partners to deliver orders securely. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier operations, and other disruptions.
-
Address Prohibitions: We strictly do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO). A valid physical residential or commercial address must be provided at checkout.
-
Incorrect Address: Contact support@battlemastersarmory.com immediately if your delivery address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or missed collection, contact us so we can assess redelivery or return options, any applicable costs, and your rights under applicable law.
-
Tracking Variations: Due to international logistics frameworks, automated tracking updates may experience a temporary delay and might not populate until the package nears its destination border.
-
Geographic Sales Exclusions: We completely exclude and block all transactions, billing actions, and package transport bound for Germany. Orders routing to these locations will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Order Limits & Transaction Policy
For fraud prevention, secure transit logistics, and international customs compliance, The Battle Master's Armory enforces the following transaction limits on all orders:
-
Maximum order value: $1,000 USD per transaction
-
Maximum quantity: 5 items per order
-
High-value items ($300+): Limited to 3 units per order
For purchases exceeding these limits, contact support@battlemastersarmory.com before ordering.
3. Mystery Box Restrictions
Due to local regulations, Mystery Box products cannot be sold or shipped to the following regions: Hawaii (US), Washington (US), Idaho (US), Belgium, and the Netherlands. If an order contains Mystery Box products restricted for the applicable destination, only those restricted items will be removed from the order and refunded. Any remaining eligible items will continue through fulfillment. If the order contains only restricted items, the entire order will be cancelled and refunded.
4. Order Processing & Timing Windows
-
Fulfillment Window: Please allow three to five (3–5) business days for our warehouse teams to verify, pack, and process your order. Once your package is handed off to the logistics carrier, an automated tracking confirmation will be emailed to you.
-
Weekend & Holiday Rule: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, Eastern Time) or during observed US or Chinese public-holiday closures begin processing on the next business day when the relevant team resumes operations. Holiday closures may extend processing times.
-
Transit Expectations: Estimated transit time is seven to twelve (7–12) business days once shipped under standard operating conditions. Typical delivery is approximately 10–17 business days from order placement, excluding additional delays described below. If your order has not arrived after 17 business days from order placement, contact support@battlemastersarmory.com.
-
High-Volume Volatility: Delays must be expected during seasonal sales or product launches. Shipments may be delayed by an additional one to two (1–2) weeks due to a high influx of orders. Factors such as local customs inspections, natural disasters, or unexpected geopolitical events can affect delivery times and are beyond the Company's control.
-
Unexpected Delays: Delays may occur, for unexpected reasons, that affect our ability to process your order. Shipments may be delayed by an additional amount of time and are beyond the Company's control. The additional time, of the delay, will depend on how long the company is affected. Once we are operational we will continue to process your order as quickly as possible. We will notify you of significant known processing delays and provide updated information when available.
- Monthly Inventory: Once per month our warehouse team performs an in-house inventory count. During this time, shipments may be delayed by an additional one to three (1–3) days. We monitor inventory closely and will contact you if an availability issue affects your order.
5. Domestic Sales & Use Taxes (US & Pennsylvania)
-
United States Requirements: Applicable sales tax collected by us is shown at checkout. If tax is not collected, customers may have a use-tax obligation under their local rules. This does not alter our own tax-collection obligations.
-
Pennsylvania Sales Tax: In accordance with state revenue laws, all purchases bound for Pennsylvania delivery addresses will be automatically assessed the current Pennsylvania state sales tax rate at checkout.
6. International Cross-Border Trade (DAP Incoterms)
To bring our global customers factory-direct pricing on our premium catalog, all international orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our overseas manufacturing facilities across our active global markets. All cross-border transactions are processed strictly under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms:
-
Free Transit: We offer 100% Free International Shipping on all orders. Your checkout total covers the full cost of the product and international transit to your doorstep.
-
Doorstep Fees: Free shipping covers transportation, not necessarily taxes or import-related charges. Any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Under DAP shipping terms, applicable duties, import taxes not already collected, and carrier clearance or handling fees may be payable by the recipient.
-
The Collection Process: When your package arrives at your national border, your carrier (such as Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Swiss Post, or Posten Norge) or customs authority may request payment or information before release or delivery. If a carrier or customs authority requests payment or information, confirm the request through its official website or contact channel before responding. You must settle these outstanding customs charges before the carrier releases or delivers the package. Tracking and paying these localized border assessments is your sole financial responsibility.
-
Package Abandonment: If a parcel is held and you cannot or do not wish to complete the requested customs process, contact the carrier and our support team before refusing or abandoning it. The carrier’s next steps and any return options may vary. Refund or replacement requests are reviewed under our return policy and applicable law.
7. Jurisdiction-Specific Import Compliance
The following localized compliance rules apply directly based on your selected delivery destination:
-
Canadian Buyers: The CAN$20 exemption applies to qualifying postal imports, with exceptions; it is not a universal courier threshold. Any taxes, duties, or carrier clearance fees depend on the shipping service and shipment. Check current CBSA and carrier guidance.
-
European Union Buyers: From July 1, 2026 through July 1, 2028, a temporary €3 customs duty per item applies to qualifying consignments valued up to €150 and imported from outside the EU. VAT is separate. Check current EU guidance for your shipment.
-
United Kingdom Buyers: For non-excise goods valued at £135 or less, HMRC generally says no customs duty is due. VAT is separate, and its collection depends on the applicable sale and import arrangements. Above £135, duty depends on the goods and their origin. Northern Ireland has separate guidance.
-
Swiss & Liechtenstein: Switzerland and Liechtenstein are part of the same customs union. Import VAT may be charged at 8.1%, or at the reduced 2.6% rate for certain goods. Import VAT amounts of CHF 5 or less are not collected, corresponding to an assessment base of about CHF 62 at 8.1% or CHF 193 at 2.6%. Customs duties are separate; duties under CHF 5 are not levied. Postal and courier providers may also charge customs-clearance service fees, which vary by provider. The authorities and carrier determine the assessment and any fees for your shipment.
-
Norwegian Buyers: The customer is responsible for any applicable import VAT, duties, and carrier clearance fees. Norway’s standard VAT rate is 25%. For eligible goods valued below NOK 3,000 per item, VAT may be collected from the customer at checkout under the VOEC scheme if the store is registered. Otherwise, applicable charges may be collected during import processing. Some goods are excluded from VOEC. Check current rules for your order.
-
-
Australian Buyers: Goods valued at AUD$1,000 or less generally have no duties, taxes, or charges payable at the border, though GST may be collected at the point of sale. Goods over AUD$1,000 generally require an Import Declaration and border charges. Exceptions apply.
-
New Zealand Buyers: For goods valued at NZ$1,000 or less, the overseas supplier generally collects GST; Customs generally doesn’t collect GST or duty unless the goods are part of a larger consignment over NZ$1,000. Exceptions and separate goods levies may apply.
8. Validation, Signature Requirements, & Stalled Shipments
-
Additional Order Validation: To prevent fraudulent checkout actions, some orders may require additional manual security validation by our risk team. This screening process may temporarily delay your order's processing and delivery timeline.
-
Signature Requirements: For added delivery security, orders with a checkout value above US$150 may require a signature upon delivery.
-
Delivered Status Policy: If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the parcel, check the delivery location, household members, building reception, and carrier, then contact support@battlemastersarmory.com promptly. We will review the available delivery evidence and assist with an investigation. Refund or replacement eligibility will be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the delivery.
-
Carrier Claims Window: For missing parcels where tracking has stalled, we will assist you in filing an official loss claim with the carrier. Carrier investigations may take 30 days or longer, depending on the carrier. We will keep you informed. Any refund or replacement will be assessed under applicable law; a carrier investigation does not override mandatory customer remedies.
9. Warranty Returns
- Prepaid Return Shipping: For warranty repairs that require your saber to be sent in, The Battle Master's Armory provides a prepaid return label — you will not pay for return shipping. We also pay the shipping cost of items after repairs are completed. See our Warranty Policy for full details, including packaging requirements and the one exception.
10. Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to The Battle Master's Armory’s Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, including the delivery estimates and any applicable import charges described in those policies. If a payment dispute arises, we may provide relevant order, policy-acknowledgment, communication, and delivery records to the payment provider in accordance with its procedures and applicable law.
