Force Elite: The Battle Master's Ranks — Terms and Conditions
This expands the Oct 25 refund/abuse clause draft into full program terms. Nothing in this file is published by writing it.
1. The program
Force Elite: The Battle Master's Ranks is the loyalty program of The Battle Master's Armory, a small business that sells lightsabers online at battlemastersarmory.com.
The program starts November 1, 2026. These terms apply from that date.
2. Who can join — opt-in only
- You must have a store account, and you must sign up for Force Elite itself.
- Enrollment is NOT automatic. Creating a store account, or buying from the store, does not enroll you.
- No tier, points, or reward applies until you sign up for Force Elite, even if your past spending would otherwise qualify.
- Past orders: if you sign up for Force Elite, points earned from your past purchases will be retroactively applied to your account at sign-up, calculated on the amount actually paid for past paid, fully fulfilled orders.
- You must be able to receive email at the address on your account, because rank rewards and redemption codes are sent by email.
3. How you earn points
- You earn 1 point for every $1 you actually pay, on paid orders only, after the order is fully fulfilled.
- Points are based on the amount actually paid, after any coupon discount.
- Points do not expire.
- Points are pending for 14 days after they are earned before they can be redeemed. Pending points do not count toward a rank reward until that delay has passed.
4. Two balances
- Lifetime points are everything you have ever earned. Lifetime points never decrease when you spend points, and they decide your rank.
- Spendable points are the points you have available to redeem. Spendable points decrease when you redeem a reward.
- Spending points never lowers your lifetime points or your rank.
- You keep earning points past the highest rank. There is no cap at Mortis God.
5. Ranks
Ranks, in order, with the lifetime points needed to reach each rank:
Youngling, 0; Initiate, 150; Padawan, 500; Guardian, 1,200; Sentinel, 2,500; Knight, 4,500; Master, 7,000; Grand Master, 10,000; Mortis God, 15,000.
Your rank is based on lifetime points only. A rank never decreases because you spent points. A rank can decrease if points are removed for a refund, under Section 8.
6. Rank rewards — gifts, given once
- Each rank reward is a gift, given once per rank, per customer, and never again.
- Rank rewards are not point purchases, and claiming a rank reward does not spend points.
- Rank rewards are: Youngling, 50 Welcome Points on Force Elite sign-up; Initiate, $15 off an order of $50 or more; Padawan, a free Standard Base-lit RGB blade; Guardian, a free Empty Hilt; Sentinel, $200 off; Knight, a Lighted Display Stand and Collection Case bundle plus a permanent 5% off accessories; Master, a free Noble Series RGB saber up to $450 plus permanent 5% off sabers and 5% off accessories; Grand Master, a free Noble Series Neopixel saber up to $600 plus permanent 10% off sabers and 5% off accessories; Mortis God, a free Noble Series Proffie saber plus the Grand Master permanent perks.
- A rank reward code is for one customer, one use, and cannot be combined with any other code. Nothing in this program combines with another discount, except the permanent percentage perks, which apply automatically to eligible items for eligible ranks.
- Accessory means anything that is not a lightsaber. Bundles and mystery boxes are not accessories. Empty Hilts live on lightsaber products, so they fall under the saber perk, not the accessory perk.
- Grand Master's 10% off sabers replaces Master's 5% off sabers. It does not stack with it. Grand Master keeps the 5% off accessories perk. Mortis God keeps the Grand Master perks.
7. Spend rewards
- Spend rewards are redeemed with spendable points, at 10 points per $1 of retail value.
- Each redemption generates a unique, one-time code for that checkout. The code dies after it is used.
- A $300 store voucher redeemed for 3,000 points is single use: use it all in one order, or the remainder is gone.
- Spend rewards do not expire, except that a generated code is for the single checkout it was redeemed for.
- Minimum redeem delay is 14 days after the points are earned.
- Reward hold by retail value. A rank gift with a retail value of $120 or less becomes claimable after 14 days. A rank gift with a retail value over $120 becomes claimable only after 30 days, once the 30-day return window has closed. Spend rewards become claimable after 14 days, regardless of value, because that is the program's redeem delay. For example, the Initiate $15 reward and the Padawan $80 blade are 14 days, while the Guardian $200, Sentinel $200, Knight $260, Master $450, Grand Master $600, and Mortis God rank gifts are 30 days.
- Verification before issuing. Rank rewards and spend rewards may be verified before they are issued or made usable, including confirming that the qualifying order was paid, fully fulfilled, and not refunded or returned, and that the points were earned legitimately. This verification may take place during the applicable 14-day or 30-day hold period, and a reward will not be issued, and points will not become usable, until verification is complete and the applicable hold has passed. If verification shows the qualifying order was refunded, cancelled, or returned, or the points were earned in error or by abuse, the points and any related reward will be handled under Section 8 and Section 9.
- Nothing ships automatically. A redeemed reward is claimed through a checkout, and The Battle Master's Armory ships the item after that checkout.
8. Refunds, cancellations, and returns
- The return window is 30 days.
- If an order is refunded or cancelled, in whole or in part, the points earned from that order are removed from both your lifetime points and your spendable points, and your rank is recalculated based on your remaining paid purchases.
- Any unused rank code or spend reward earned from that order is revoked.
- If a rank gift was already shipped and the qualifying order is then refunded, the gift must be returned, or its retail value will be charged, before further rewards are issued.
- Warranty repairs and replacements are NOT refunds. Points are not removed for a warranty repair or replacement where no refund is issued.
- A single legitimate return, on its own, is not abuse, and will only result in the points for that order being removed, as above.
9. Abuse
Intentional abuse of the program — including buying to reach a rank, claiming a rank gift or spending points, then refunding the qualifying order, or repeating that pattern — may result in, after review by The Battle Master's Armory: (1) your full points balance being cleared, (2) your rank being reset to Youngling, (3) your loyalty account being disabled, and (4) future orders from your account being cancelled.
No balance is cleared and no account is disabled automatically on a first or single legitimate return. Abuse action follows review by The Battle Master's Armory.
10. Shipping
The Battle Master's Armory always offers free shipping. Free shipping is not a discount, and it is not part of any reward code. Shipping cost is already inside the retail price, which is why no code in this program "combines with shipping."
11. Changes and ending the program
- The Battle Master's Armory may change these terms, the ranks, the rewards, or the point values, with notice to members. Changes do not take away points you have already earned, except for points removed for a refund under Section 8.
- The Battle Master's Armory may end the program with notice to members. If the program ends, members will be given a reasonable period to redeem spendable points.
- The Battle Master's Armory may correct errors in points, ranks, or rewards, and may revoke a reward issued in error.
12. General
- Points and rewards have no cash value, except for a Fixed Amount voucher, which is used as a discount at checkout.
- Points, ranks, and rewards are personal to your account and cannot be transferred or sold.
- These terms are in addition to the store's Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty Policy. If there is a conflict about a warranty claim, the Warranty Policy governs the claim itself, and these terms govern only the points treatment of that claim.
